By creating an account or using Activeseekr ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Activeseekr.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Activeseekr. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@activeseekr.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

Activeseekr offers a free tier and paid plans (Starter at $9/month, Pro at $19/month). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Activeseekr uses AI to help you draft CVs, cover letters, and evaluation reports. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. Activeseekr makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific role. You retain ownership of content you create; by using the Service you grant Activeseekr a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Activeseekr platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Activeseekr and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Activeseekr's trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Activeseekr does not guarantee that you will receive job interviews or offers as a result of using the Service. We are not responsible for decisions made by prospective employers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activeseekr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Activeseekr is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with immediate effect for serious violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Activeseekr is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
